Formed in 2017 as Alexander Wills, Alexander Legal Services is an award-winning practice based in North Shields, offering fixed-fee services throughout the North East of England. Since 2017, we have helped over 1,000 clients arrange their affairs by creating wills, prepared for future needs by putting LPAs into place and assisted families through the probate process. All services are carried out by Firm Principal, Shaun Alexander. Shaun is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEx) and as a Chartered Legal Executive is a commissioner for oaths. Shaun specialises in Wills, Probate & Estate Administration, and holds independent practice rights as a CILEx Probate Practitioner under the Legal Services Act 2007. In 2025 Shaun accepted a voluntary role advising CILEx in this area of law, as well as representing them at focus group meetings with other organisations, such as the Ministry of Justice and Law Commission.

Shaun is also a Visiting Lecturer, teaching Wills & Administration of Estates to trainee solicitors at various universities, currently at BPP University since 2023.
